What are you holding on to? What are you able to let go of? When you allow your experiences to flow, when you are able to detach from what’s happening around you, this is when you find peace.
Life happens, every day. Every day is a different experience, a different emotion, so instead of forcing the experience or emotion to be different, try sitting with it. Sit with it and allow it to be. The more we are able to sit with our darkness as well as our light, we begin to notice patterns in our thinking, in our reactions, in our own behaviors. This is how and when we change.
Awareness. With awareness comes transformation. With transformation comes a deeper understanding. With a deeper understanding comes wisdom. With wisdom comes letting go. Then you can ask yourself the questions: why am I holding on to this? What purpose does it serve me at this point? What would happen if I just…let it go?
